We held an absolutely gorgeously festive evening making wreaths with friends to raise money for Roots for the Future. Thanks to Jess who suggested she open up her home to other keen creative women, Roots for the Future raised £300.

Huge thanks to Oxenford Farm for generously donating the branches, to Farncombe Community Garden for their extra cuttings and to I made this – Crafts for the beautiful ribbons and decorations.

It can be hard for non-profit organisations to get funding for essential general expenditure which is why it’s important to hold fundraising events. Money we have raised this year at our two quiz nights and this Christmas Wreath event will help pay for our running costs, such as public liability and the vehicle, ensuring we can plant more trees and reach more people with our eco-therapies.

The women made such beautiful wreaths and there were 10 much more beautiful doors in Godalming this Christmas after this lovely event.
