The beloved native wildflower, the bluebell, is often voted Britain’s favourite flower. Creating uplifting violet-blue carpets in ancient woodlands, their season is the ideal time to rest your body, destress your mind and restore your soul with forest bathing.

Please feel very much invited to join our Bluebells afternoon forest bathing session at Birtley Woodland
Saturday 25 April
Gathering at 1.15pm for a 1.30 start, ending at 4.30pm
Tickets available here

At our wonderful Spring Equinox session at Birtley last week, there were so many bluebell leaves, it looks like it’s going to be a bumper year for these joyful flowers.

In this session we will revel in the beauty of the carpets of blue, immersing ourselves in the peaceful, private woodland at Birtley house. It will be a deeply relaxing, restorative few hours carved out for your wellbeing.

There are four early bird tickets available between now and Good Friday. If you purchase with code “Early-Bird” before 12pm on 4th April, you will save 10% and the ticket transaction fee.

If you can’t make it but know of someone who could do with a boost of nature to uplift their body and mind, please do share the ticket details.
