Forest bathing is a slow and mindful walk in the woods, opening up all your senses and slowing down your mind. It is an immersive experience, noticing the sights, sounds, smell and textures of the forest. It is a way to destress, relax and boost health and wellbeing.

In this session we will revel in the beauty of the carpets of blue, allowing ourselves to be enchanted by the beauty of the forest. It will be a peaceful celebration of spring, a deeply relaxing, restorative few hours carved out for your wellbeing.

Bluebells signal the middle of spring, bringing a sense of renewal and new beginnings. With their drooping stems and pleasingly bluey-purple flowers growing beneath woodland Beech trees, they’re seen as symbols of humility and gratitude. In the Victorian language of flowers, bluebells represent constancy and everlasting love.

Francesca will guide you on a slow walk through woodland with sensory activities to help you unwind and connect with the natural environment. The focus is on slow, deep, mindful breathing throughout. This three-hour session will culminate with a guided meditation, hot tea and tips to take away.

Apart from it being a beautiful and relaxing experience, the best part is that forest bathing is scientifically proven to make us feel better. Trees emit a chemical compound that when we breathe in, has many health benefits. Whether you have forest bathed before, or if it is a new experience for you,
join us to boost your mental and physical health and connect with nature.

In the spirit of self love and renewal, join us for a restorative afternoon.
