We are really excited to announce that Roots for the Future is holding a set of summer clubs for 7-11 year olds.

Our Summer Clubs will be a mix of outdoor games, outdoor discovery, learning about nature and how trees are fundamental to life on earth. Combining fun and learning, children will walk away with an enriched sense of love for their green spaces. And just as important, parents and carers will have a couple of days of child care over the holidays to work or plan for other fun family time.  These are two day workshops held over the 26th and 27th July or  30th and 31st August, 9:15 to 3:15 costing £25 per child per day, with sibling discounts available. They will be held at Broadwater Park Community Centre in Farncombe, Godalming.

These workshops are run by professionals who have been DBS checked and at least one workshop leader is a qualified paediatric first aider. We will be taking the children into Broadwater Park for some nature exploration and games. Children will learn about flora and fauna, do some bug collecting and examining, learn to identify trees and leaves, and we will have plenty of indoor activities in case of rain. Please ensure children come to the holiday clubs with a pack lunch and suitable outdoor clothing.

We only have 20 spaces per workshop. To place your booking please fill out the online form
